Bristol Bisons attended Bristol Pride on 16 July 2011. We were joined by our friends from fellow gay friendly teams in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Amsterdam. The Bison boys were easy to spot with their bright pink jerseys. We were delighted to be part of the colourful parade from Queen Square to Castle Park.
Our stall at the community tent was busy at all times and we managed to get over 100 new supporters and players. Those will receive regular updates on our fixtures and social events. The day was an opportunity to launch our new postcard and well as our campaign on ten good reasons why you should become a Bisons player or supporter.
